These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tijara website at https://tijara.cc and the Tijara mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract under Pakistani law to use Tijara.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tijara.cc if you suspect unauthorized access.
You own the data you put into Tijara (customers, transactions, invoices, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you.
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data you upload. You must not use Tijara to record or process anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others.

Tijara offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year as selected at checkout, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by our payment partner PayFast.pk. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Free trials and promotional discounts are offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. One trial per account.
We aim to keep Tijara available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. On termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free. Tijara is a record-keeping tool — you are responsible for the accuracy of your accounting and tax filings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tijara's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
