Tijara is a digital subscription service. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and the timeline for processing.
If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, the payment is non-refundable.
For annual plans, after the 14-day window we will pro-rate any remaining unused months only if the cancellation is due to a verified service outage or breach of contract by us. Otherwise the plan is non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Monthly plans are non-refundable after the 14-day window. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current month.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
